🧘 Guided listening and relaxation

Jaw harp and drum meditation

A musical gathering with breath, voice, jaw harp, drum rhythms and space for silence.

Petr Jasinčuk leading a jaw harp and drum meditation

The session is for people who would like to slow down, listen closely and notice their breath and body at a safe, unhurried pace.

I combine simple spoken guidance, natural breathing, jaw harp, drum rhythms and moments of silence. No previous experience or particular spiritual belief is required. Each participant chooses a comfortable position and their own level of involvement.

Important: This is a musical relaxation session, not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care. It does not promise treatment or any specific health outcome. You may stop any exercise at any time if it feels uncomfortable.

What happens during a session

The exact format is adapted to the venue, the group and the agreed programme.

1. Introduction and settling in

We briefly introduce the format, agree on shared ground rules and find a comfortable position. A simple exercise then brings attention to natural breathing and the sounds around us.

2. Jaw harp, voice and guided imagery

Gentle jaw harp sounds and voice accompany spoken imagery and moments of focused listening. You can treat the symbolic language as an invitation to your imagination, not as a required interpretation.

3. Drum rhythm and silence

A steady rhythm alternates with quieter passages and silence. The session ends with time to return attention to the room, stretch and share impressions if you wish.
