Questions before ordering

What you need to know

Is the course suitable for a complete beginner?

Yes. The course starts with holding the instrument, safe contact, your first clean sound and basic breathing work. You do not need musical experience or the ability to read music.

Is the Beginner Programme useful if I already play a little?

Yes. The course also suits improvers who want to strengthen their foundations, clarify terminology and structure their practice. The method and final self-assessment help you see what you can already do and what is worth practising next.

What kind of jaw harp do I need?

A responsive jaw harp that can be placed safely against the teeth or lips, depending on its design, is enough. If you are still choosing an instrument, use the How to Choose a Jaw Harp guide or contact me.

What does the Beginner Programme include?

Six video lessons created specifically for the course, ten demonstrations for inspiration, Rhythm Trainer and three interactive trainers for breath, striking and tone patterns. The programme covers playing foundations, breathing, tone colour, rhythm and focused practice.

How is the course different from the free YouTube videos?

The YouTube content mainly serves as a gallery of techniques. The paid course adds detailed guidance, a structured progression, focused exercises and interactive trainers.

Can I look inside without paying?

Yes. The free 24-hour demo unlocks the introduction and the first practical Essential Foundations lesson. Verify your email; no payment card is required and nothing renews automatically. Each email address can use the demo once.

Is the course price a subscription?

No. It is a one-off payment of €41 for 30 days of access. The payment does not repeat automatically.

When does access begin?

Your 30-day access period begins when the course is activated after a confirmed Stripe or PayPal payment.

What happens when access ends?

Access ends. If you want to continue, you can place another order. No further payment is taken unless you order again.

Do I have to practise every day at a set time?

You work through the course at your own pace while access is active. You can pause and replay the videos and use the trainers for practice. Choose a routine that suits your schedule.

How does a code from Šešulka work?

Enter the code manually in the Discount code field at checkout. It is intended for one use and is validated when the order is completed.

Does the course work on mobile?

Yes. You can use the course on a phone, tablet or computer. A larger screen is more comfortable for the trainers, but is not required.

Is playing the jaw harp safe for my teeth and lips?

With the correct grip and a gentle strike, the vibrating reed should not touch your teeth. The course begins with safe contact and an easy playing action. If you have an acute dental problem, consult your dentist before playing.

What if sign-in, video or payment does not work?

Email info@brumlista.cz, include the address used for your order and briefly describe where you became stuck.
