🔥 What I offer

Sweat lodge, also known as inipi

A sincere ceremony of renewal, reflection and cleansing for body and spirit.
That is the heart of the sweat lodge ceremony as I guide it.

A sweat lodge ceremony in the Czech Republic

Four rounds devoted to the four elements, accompanied by Czech songs, personal intentions, forgiveness and guided imagery.

Opening circle — a moment to introduce yourself and share what brings you to the ceremony.

Preparing the sweat lodge together is an important, hands-on part of the ceremony. We prepare the lodge, firewood and heated stones. Each round has its own purpose and intention. What we no longer need can be symbolically left in the fire.

Lighting the fire — together, we bring the stones and our intentions into the ceremony.

Before entering the sweat lodge, we prepare with sage smoke and the steady rhythm of a frame drum.

The firekeeper tends the fire and carries the heated stones into the lodge for each round.

🌍
Earth

We connect with Mother Earth through shared songs and prayer, with gratitude for the ground that supports us.

💧
Water

Through conscious imagery and song, we create space to let go of what no longer serves us and to meet ourselves more openly.

💨
Air

This round turns our attention to breath, creative potential and the personal experiences we carry. Through song and a wish for ourselves, we bring this part of the ceremony to a close.

🔥
Fire

The closing round brings us back to our intentions and creative potential.

The four elements

A carefully held setting

Hot stones, darkness and an enclosed space are part of the ceremony, so clear guidance and practical preparation are essential. Every participant receives information in advance and may leave at any time. The space is prepared both practically and ceremonially.

What is it?

A ceremony that invites honesty and authenticity and creates space to reflect on family relationships and our relationship with ourselves.

What does it look like?

A dome-shaped structure made from flexible poles and covers. Participants enter through one low opening, and heated stones are brought inside. It is humid, warm, compact and deliberately simple — this is not a wellness stay.

Upcoming sweat lodge ceremonies

I can also travel to your town. You can invite me, the jaw harp and drum to an existing event, or arrange a standalone sweat lodge ceremony. Contact me to discuss the location, group size and practical requirements; I will then prepare a price including travel.
