Please read before ordering. The instructor speaks Czech in the six Beginner video lessons. English subtitles are included and enabled by default. All written lessons and interactive trainers in the English course are available in English.
1. Seller and contact details
These terms govern purchases from Petr Jasinčuk, Company ID (IČO) 71477241, registered address Na dolíkách 505, 274 01 Slaný, Czech Republic (the “Seller”). Contact: info@brumlista.cz, website www.brumlista.cz.
2. What you can order
The Seller offers jaw harps and related goods, workshops, lessons and consultations, tickets or registrations for dated events, and time-limited access to online courses. The product or service description, current price, access period and any specific conditions shown on the order page form part of the contract.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
You may order through the website form or, where offered, by email or telephone. Please check the selected product, price, email address and language version before submitting your order. An automatic message normally confirms receipt within a few minutes. The contract is concluded when payment is received or when the Seller confirms a reservation that is to be paid on site.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR), as stated in the relevant localized checkout, and include all taxes the Seller is required to charge. The price and currency valid when the order is submitted apply. The English Beginner checkout offers secure online card or Apple Pay payment processed by Stripe and PayPal payment; it does not offer bank transfer. Other checkouts may also offer bank transfer. An unpaid order may be cancelled and a reserved place may be released after the stated due date.
5. Online courses and accounts
- Course access is activated after the payment has been successfully confirmed or a valid access code has been verified.
- Access lasts for the period stated in the offer and in your account. The Beginner plan is currently presented as 30-day access unless the order page states otherwise.
- Access is personal. Do not share your login details, verification links or course materials.
- The English Beginner course includes English written lessons, English interactive trainers and six Czech-language instructional videos with English subtitles enabled by default.
- A stable internet connection and a current browser capable of playing HTML5 video and subtitles are required.
- If a material service interruption prevents use of the paid service, contact the Seller so an appropriate remedy can be arranged.
6. Delivery of goods
Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed before the order is submitted. In-stock goods are normally dispatched within three working days; custom-made goods usually within two to four weeks. Carrier delivery commonly takes another one to three working days. Personal collection may be arranged where offered.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
Goods purchased by consumers
A consumer may normally withdraw from a distance contract for goods within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be complete and should be unused beyond what is necessary to inspect them. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The Seller refunds eligible payments within the statutory period after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply, in particular, to custom-made goods, services already fully performed with the consumer’s prior request and acknowledgement, or tickets and leisure services supplied on a specific date. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Events
Unless the event description states otherwise, cancellation more than 14 days before the event is refunded in full, cancellation 7–14 days before the event is refunded at 50%, and later cancellation is non-refundable. If the Seller cancels, the buyer may choose a full refund or an offered replacement date.
8. Complaints and defects
Statutory rights relating to defective performance apply. For consumer goods, the usual liability period is 24 months; for used goods it may be shortened where law permits and where stated before purchase. To make a complaint, email info@brumlista.cz with the order details and a clear description, ideally with a photo or video. Do not send an item before agreeing the return method. Complaints are handled without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline.
9. Intellectual property
Course texts, videos, subtitles, recordings, trainers and downloadable materials are protected content. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right to use them during the access period. Copying, publishing, reselling, recording or making the materials available to others is not permitted without written consent.
10. Personal data and dispute resolution
Details of personal-data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy. Consumers may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz, regarding out-of-court dispute resolution.
11. Final provisions
The version published when the contract is concluded applies to that purchase. Changes do not affect existing contracts. Czech law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
